Our empire established in 1929. We are working since 1929 in field of paper, paper boards, stationery, and Book binding materials. We set up a Notebook making plant in 1929. After that we decided to have a Book binding cloth making plant with knowledge in Binding materials and it came into existence in year 1988.
Our plant completely works on eco-friendly basis. Having a built area of 59000 sq. ft. space, making around 1 million meters per year and can be increased according to demands. Our main motto is customer satisfaction and we believe in quality products & services with continues development of our capabilities & performance.
We have launched various series of covering materials for luxury packaging & publishing, Security textiles for passbooks, passports & ID documents. Our Book cloth is available in various finishing like in linen, Raw, solid, Dual tone, embossed, textured and customized as per choice. They have been running successfully in world markets. Coating on any substrate can be customized for unique application.
We have fully functional Converting facilities which provide slitting, sheeting, cutting, squaring as per your required working sizes to minimize turnaround time and ease the productivity.
Some of our products exceeds American national standard for requirement cloth for Buckram C-1, Book cloth – B group, Book cloth – A group, Spine reinforcement mulls, cambric, drill requirements.
We manufacture product with special care & are environmentally friendly. Neither solvent, nor Formaldehyde, nor heavy metals, No PVC are used in our production.
Currently we manufacture various products like Covering materials for Publishing & Packaging, Stationery binding materials, Spine reinforcement materials, Backlining Materials, Security textile & paper, Technical papers, Technical textiles, Print & Digital Media, leathertex imitation leather cloth and Customized Coated cloth.
Our all products are running on the automatic binding machines, caseing in, case lining, case makers, book production line, taping or back stripping machines, passport booklet making like Muller Martini, stahl, Kolbus, Zechini, Sigloch, Brackett, Horizon, Uno, Ruhlamat, Kugler, Spine Master, samrat world over and also can be easily applied by hands.
